Our refund policy is simple and straight forward . Each month that you remain a client at Freedom Team Financial, you pay a monthly fee. During that month, if we fail to provide the agreed upon services (as outlined in the service agreement provided at the time of the sign up process) to your satisfaction, we will not bill you for that month.
