Mind 4 Money is an entertaining and educational series of workshops and seminars.

With all the buzz of business failures and bankruptcies, it is high time that the opportunity to break the bands of market conditions were granted to more people.

When I began creating this course a few years ago it was initially out of desperation. I was personally managing dozens of rental properties that I owned from Arizona to Idaho and every time I sent out a late notice I felt like such a rat… I knew there HAD to be a more proactive approach to SERVE people and help them make and keep their financial agreements. My tenants were often quite surprised when, instead of sending a late notice and charging them a fee I simply called them up to find out how I could help.

Many were reluctant at first to receive help… but I guess I can relate… I had been at “the bottom” once myself and anyone who I thought wanted to “take my money” surely weren’t at the top of my list of people I thought I could trust. Eventually, they all opened their doors when they realized that I was genuinely partnered with them in our agreement. And, things shifted rapidly for the better for all of us.

As the programs have evolved over the years these tools and techniques that I will be sharing with you have helped many people DOUBLE, TRIPLE and even QUADRUPLE their effective annual incomes through my coaching.
